Friday Night Pizza at the Brigadoon
Friday night is pizza night for our guests here at the Brigadoon. Whether you're checking in, or coming back from a day out on the town, now you can enjoy a slice of home-made pizza, cooked fresh in the Inn's original wood-burning beehive brick oven. Your host Ted, breakfast chef and resident pizzaiolo, first learned the techniques high in the mountains of Italy's Tucsano region. The experience was so memorable that we've now brought them back to the Inn for all of our guests to enjoy.
Pizzas hit the oven at seven o'clock. Come try them out while they last!
Delicious Homemade Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily in our sunny tearoom from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M. We start with coffee/tea/hot chocolate, juice, fresh fruit cup and homemade muffins.
We offer two breakfast options:
1. Eggs any way you want them
2. The special of the day, which could be apple pancakes, waffles, French toast or Ted's famous omelets made with fresh vegetables from the Brigadoon garden in season.
We've also begun offering a Paleo option for those of our guests who follow the popular diet. Bacon, ham or sausage is served on alternate days. Afternoon tea is served daily from 3:00 to 4:00 P.M. alongside fresh-baked goods from the kitchen like Irish Soda Bread, Shortbread, or brownies.
